30-day return guarantee for sunglasses

Dealine.store offers the opportunity to return purchased sunglasses within the first 30 days. The 30-day return period is available for all sunglasses, including those made to order. Returned goods will be processed and the amount of the goods will be returned to the account from which you made the payment. Refunds are made within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the returned product.

To return sunglasses, they must not be used or damaged. The original packaging must not be destroyed or damaged. To return the ordered product, its complete set is required - including the case, packaging box, all care cloths, original stickers and labels, instructions, warranty cards, delivery notes, and other additional items that were delivered with your order. The product will not be considered complete if the components of the product are not complete. In the event that any of the components of the product are not included in the returned package, an exchange or refund may not be possible.

I ordered the wrong lenses/my contact lens prescription changed?

If your contact lens prescription has changed or you have mistakenly ordered the wrong strength lenses, you can exchange the unopened packages for the correct lenses. Please return the product to our warehouse/office address.

We will send you the new contact lenses after we receive the incorrect order.

Contact lens manufacturing defects

We remind you that Dealine.store online store purchases all products directly from the manufacturer or their authorized representative. However, all manufacturers tend to have contact lenses with manufacturing defects, for example, the contact lens is cracked, it is not transparent - cloudy areas are visible on the surface of the contact lens.
